Author Bio
of Sir Elton (successful S&J/Pan reissues), Shout (Penguin) and his forthcoming memoir Babycham Night (Macmillan 2002), Philip Norman resists classification as a 'rock biographer' although he is one of the best in the business. He is also the author of several novels and collections of journalism. He writes regularly for the Sunday Times and the Daily Mail, and is at present writing the screenplay for a film biography of Brian Epstein. He lives in Hampstead, London.
