Craig A. Evans is Payzant Distinguished Professor of New Testament and Director of the graduate programme at Acadia Divinity College, Nova Scotia, Canada. He is the author or editor of over thirty books on Jesus, the New Testament and its Jewish backgrounds. Dr Tom Wright is the Bishop of Durham and is a regular broadcaster on radio and television.
