Making Holy Dreams Come True: A Book of Prayers and Meditations

Making Holy Dreams Come True: A Book of Prayers and Meditations

by Garth Hewitt (Author)

Synopsis

This is an imaginatively illustrated book of seasonal prayers, daily prayers and prayers for special occasions relating particularly to the work of the Amos Trust, which has projects in four parts of the world: in South Africa with street children; in Nicaragua with education among poor communities; in Israel/Palestine supporting peace and reconciliation projects, and in India working with a Dalit community (those formerly called untouchable). The book will reflect a spirituality not unlike the prayers in The Road Home , and will aim to help people think through how they live and how they talk to God regarding everyday issues.
