Author Bio
CRAIG BARTHOLOMEW holds the H. Evan Runner Chair in Philosophy at Redeemer University College, Ontario. He is the author of Reading Ecclesiastes and the co-editor of a number of volumes, including The Dictionary for Theological Interpretation of Scripture (SPCK Nov 2005) MICHAEL GOHEEN is associate professor of education and religion at Trinity Western University,
