The Revd Dr Richard A. Burridge is the Dean of King's College, London. He is the author of the recent Jesus Now and Then (SPCK, 2004). His first book What are the Gospels? A Comparison with Graeco-Roman Biography (CUP 1992, n/e 2004) was widely acclaimed as a breakthrough in Gospel criticism.
