Author Bio
Pamela Hussey has been with the Latin America section of the Catholic Institute for International Relations since 1981, and is a member of the Society of the Holy Jesus Child. She was awarded an MBE in the Queen's Birthday Honours this year for services to human rights in Latin America . Marigold Best has worked as Latin American Programme Co-ordinator at Quaker Peace and Service and has written many articles for Quaker publications. In 1994, they visited E1 Salvador and produced a book of conversations with women there, Life out of Death: The feminine spirit in E1 Salvador (CIIR, 1996)
