Author Bio
Sophie Gray's first forays into cooking were at school, cooking for 6th form parties, and at university where she would cook dinner parties for 20 or more while her peers were in the student bar. After college she started modelling, then in 1990 a friend asked her to cook a party for a friend of hers. The friend turned out to be Simon Cowell, who adored her food. Thinking catering was a good business and using her model friends to serve the food, Sophie set up the catering company Model Catering and has been catering for the film, music and property industries since. In March 2009 she set up the Crazy Baker bakery and has been delivering to restaurants and cafes throughout the west London area ever since. She lives in London with her husband and two sons.
