Fat Club has been created for the ITVI series. The ten courageous members of Fat Club put themselves at the mercy of a US Marine Instructor, a GP, a psychologist and a nutritionist. They must live by the rules of Fat Club in their own homes following exercise regimes and they must eat healthily. And one weekend a month their progress is checked at Fat Club. There are exercise classes and timed runs to assess fitness levels. There are sessions with the psychologist.
