Author Bio
Dr Sarah Schenker is a qualified dietician, accredited sports dietician and public health nutritionist. She is a member of the British Dietetic Association, The Nutrition Society and The Guild of Health Writers. A regular commentator on BBC News and Sky News on nutritional matters, she is also the club nutritionist for Norwich City Football Club where she works with Delia Smith. She is particularly proud of her work with Jamie Oliver and his Feed Me Better campaign to improve school food. In 2016, she appeared on the BBC Three documentary Clean Eating's Dirty Secrets.
