DAVID TOD is Senior Lecturer of Sport and Exercise Psychology at Aberystwyth University, UK. He has also acted as a consultant for a wide variety of sports teams and athletes from club to international level.

JOANNE THATCHER is Senior Lecturer of Sport and Exercise Psychology at Aberystwyth University, UK, and was previously Chair of the British Psychological Society's Division of Sport and Exercise Psychology (2008-10).
