Heaven's Net is Wide

Heaven's Net is Wide

by Lian Hearn (Author)

Synopsis

Praise for the "Tales of the Otori": 'A thrilling tale of love, violence, loyalty and betrayal, fast moving, set in a far-away country long ago' - "Guardian". 'The plot is gripping and the writing is beautiful, packed with authentic, atmospheric detail' - "Daily Mail". 'Blood-splashed combat alternates with contemplative stillness, and the writing is extraordinary. Hearn's trilogy ends as it began, virtually pitchperfect' - Francis Spufford, "Evening Standard". 'The aesthetic sense of a distant culture goes hand in hand with a visceral cruelty, in an unexpectedly thoughtful conclusion to an enthralling and original work of fantasy' - Amanda Craig, "The Times".
