Author Bio
Nigel Foster is a Visiting Professor at Saarland University, Germany. He has previously held teaching roles at the University of Buckingham and University of Wales and was a Jean Monnet Chairholder. He has extensive experience as both a teacher and examiner of EU law and is the author of several OUP books, including the best-selling Blackstone's EU Treaties and Legislation.
