Andrew Le Sueur is Professor of Constitutional Justice at the University of Essex and a Bencher of Middle Temple. Maurice Sunkin is Professor of Public Law and Socio-Legal Studies at the University of Essex. Jo Murkens is Senior Lecturer in Law at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
