Quotations from important case judgements accompany the discussion of substantive case law, providing detailed analysis of the implications. With annual new editions, Mayson, French & Ryan combines the technical and practical detail with an intellectual perspective, making it an invaluable account of the law as it stands for undergraduates, postgraduates and Practitioners alike.Online Resource Centre The accompanying Online Resource Centre for this title provides quarterly updates, ensuring that students are kept up-to-date with all significant developments. The Online Resource Centre will also provide a timeline which outlines the implementation plan for the Companies Act 2006, clearly stating when each section of the new act is due to come into force.
