Media Reviews
A very detailed and authoritative book that will be of great value to all environmental law practitioners irrespective of experience. TSG Life From the first edition onwards, this has been my main recommendation for purchase by environmental law students...When the sixth edition arrived in October 2005 it was very welcome, but was it worth the wait? In short, yes, it was. This is a major revision rather than a simple update. The Law Teacher, 2006 The sixth edition builds on existing strengths. It has always been a student-focused text. It tackles subjects with a frankness that communicates the authors' command of, and enthusiasm for, environmental law. The Law Teacher, 2006
