Peter Wallington is a Practising Barrister at 11 King's Bench Walk Chambers. He was formerly Professor of Law and Head of Department of Law at Brunel University.

Robert G. Lee is Professor of Law and Co-director of the ESRC Research Centre on Business Relationships, Accountability, Sustainability and Society at Cardiff University. He is author of the SWOT Constitutional and Administrative Law and co-author of Human Fertilisation and Embryology.
