Author Bio

Richard Benny is a Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Surrey. He teaches at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. Richard is also in part-time practice in the field of Employment Law and has appeared at Employment Tribunals.
Michael Jefferson is Senior Lecturer and Director of Learning and Teaching Development at the University of Sheffield. He is course co-ordinator of Criminal Law and Employment Law on the undergraduate degrees and of Discrimination in Employment Law and Trade Union and Industrial Action Law on the LLM. He is also the co-ordinator for the Law of Crime module on the MA (Law) degree.
Malcolm Sargeant is Professor of Labour Law at Middlesex University Business School.
