Author Bio

Russell Heaton was formerly a principal lecturer at Nottingham Trent University. He taught criminal law and employment law. His research interests are in the field of criminal law, particularly theft and property offences.
Claire de Than is a Senior Lecturer at City University, where she is also Programme Director of the LLB. She teaches and researches in the field of criminal law and human rights law (domestic and international).
