  Oxford Reds is our first major superseries for newly confident readers. Each book is on a real-life subject, with a simple lively text and richly coloured, realistic illustrations. About the author: Robert Dawson spent over twenty years teaching in primary schools, and was a head teacher for more than ten years before launching into writing for children. Robert Dawson lives in Alfreton, Derbyshire.
