Professor Nigel Foster, FRSA, is the LLM Degree Academic Director at Robert Kennedy College, Zurich, and Visiting Professor of European Law at the Europa-Institut, Universitat des Saarlandes, Saarbrucken. He has 34 years experience teaching and examining EU law, and has published a number of leading EU law textbooks.
