Nigel Foster, FRSA, is the LLM Degree Academic Director at Robert Kennedy College, Zurich and Visiting Professor of European Law at the Europa-Institut, Universitat des Saarlandes, Saarland. He has 34 years' experience teaching and examining EU law. His other OUP publications include EU Law Directions, Foster on EU Law, Concentrate Q&A on EU Law, and German Legal System and Laws.
