Author Bio
Professor David Ormerod QC is a Law Commissioner for England and Wales and Professor of Criminal Justice at University College London. He is also a Door Tenant at Red Lion Chambers and a Bencher of Middle Temple. Karl Laird is Fixed-term Fellow and Tutor in Law at St Hilda's College, Oxford and is an associate member of the Oxford Law Faculty. He has also taught at the Universities of Bristol, Cambridge, and at the LSE.
