Basic Community Laws

by Bernard Rudden (Editor), Derrick Wyatt (Editor)

Synopsis

The first edition of this textbook has been widely used as a basic working tool. The treaties were arranged and the secondary material selected to povide the essential foundations for all study of European Community law. The editors have revised the book to take account of developments in the European Community and its law since 1980. These include the accession of Portugal and Spain; progress towards the formation of a vast internal market within the twelve member states; and the Single European Act of 1986. They have updated and arranged the basic laws so that they can be studied coherently.
