Author Bio
David Lewis is Professor of Employment Law at Middlesex University School of Law. He has written specialist and general books in the area and has published articles in several countries. David has considerable experience as a consultant and is on the ACAS panel of unfair dismissal arbitrators. Michael Jefferson is Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Sheffield. He is also a past Chair of the Association of Law Teachers and co-author of Q & A Employment Law 2014 and 2015.
