Synopsis

Paisley, Posso, Kelty and Spott have a new mission. Three baby polar bears have been kidnapped by the dastardly pirate Goldflipper, and it's up to Paisley and his crew to save them. At the same time, the waters of the far north sea are getting warmer and warmer, with terrible consequences, and nobody can work out why. Could there be a connection? Frank Rodgers has written and illustrated a wide range of books for children - picture books, story books, non-fiction and novels. His children's stories have been broadcast on radio and TV, and he created a sitcom series for CBBC based on his book The Intergalactic Kitchen. As well as the Pirate Penguins series, his work for Puffin includes the Eyetooth books and the bestselling Witch's Dog series. He was an art teacher before becoming an author and illustrator, and lives in Glasgow with his wife. He has two grown-up children.
