Author Bio
Michael Rosen was brought up in north London, and studied English at Oxford. Apart from a spell as a trainee at the BBC, he has since made a living as a freelance broadcaster and writer, appearing regularly as the presenter of BBC Radio 4's Word of Mouth, and as a regular on BBC4. He is known mostly as a children's poet but his recent adult volumes, Carrying the Elephant, about the death of his son Eddie, and This is Not My Nose, the story of his long undiagnosed illness, were highly acclaimed. He lives in Dalston, north London, with his wife and young daughter.
