David Levinson was born and brought up in San Antonio, Texas. He lived in New York for fifteen years before returning to Texas to teach at the University of Texas in Austin. His work has appeared in The James White Review, The New Penguin Book of Gay Short Stories, RE:AL, and Newsweek. This is his first book.
