Dorothy Gliksman is a women's health physiotherapist with over fifteen years' experience advising pregnant women, treating the aches and pains many women experience during pregnancy and running pregnancy fitness classes. She was first inspired to run fitness classes for pregnant women when she realised her fitness instructor couldn't advise her on apprepriate exercises during her own pregnancy.
