For nearly 18 years, as Vice President, Managing Director, and Senior Consultant for DBM, an international outplacement, coaching, and career management firm, Duncan Mathison advised companies and their employees through reductions in force (RIFs), reorganizations, acquisitions, and operation shutdowns.
