Author Bio
In 1999 Kate Lennard threw all her belongings down a rubbish shoot and started again. She now lives happily ever after in Crouch End, London with Mark and their two boys Zoom and Ace. Eivind Gulliksen was born in Korea, adopted to Norway and currently lives in England. He has studied fine art, graphic design and illustration.
