Synopsis

I've made mistakes. I've struggled. But I'm still here. I know it's not over and that there will be lots of tough times ahead, but you have to keep trying. Even when it seems horrible there is always something to look forward to. Remember you're not the only one. I've learned that everyone has their struggles and you just have to keep going because it's worth it. What makes it worth it for me is my kids. If I can make sure they have it just a bit easier than me, then I've done my job OK - Kerry Katona. Kerry Katona knows what it's like to have to grow up fast. At just 26 years of age, she's experienced more than most people, including domestic violence, depression and a very public break-up. In Survive the Worst and Aim for the Best , Kerry shows how she has used some of her worst experiences to learn positive life lessons. Her ability to keep going when times are tough will strike a chord with anyone who has struggled. Through her own experience, Kerry shows us how to remain positive, not to rely on others to help you, be proud of how you are, not to bear grudges, and not to be too judgemental. Above all, Kerry shows us that the struggle really is worth it. And that the things that really matter are often those closest to you.
