Author Bio
Martina Selway was born in Worcestershire and educated at a variety of boarding schools followed by Shrewsbury School of Art. After completing her studies she moved to London and did numerous jobs, including working for a photographer, an advertising agency as an illustrator and for the BBC on children's television. Martina splits her time between her homes in Surrey and France. Rebecca Whitford has been practicing Yoga for seven years and is a BWY Yoga teacher. The mother of three young children, Rebecca has a Philosophy Degree, spent many years at the BBC and has extensive experience of working with children. The idea of Little Yoga, Rebecca's first book, evolved from her daughter, Scarlett when she started trying to join in while Rebecca was doing Yoga.
