Author Bio
David Hillier is Centenary Professor and Ziff Chair in Financial Markets and Head of the Accounting & Finance Division at Leeds University Business School. He has taught across a range of accounting and finance topics internationally, and has also conducted courses for a variety of professional clients, including The World Bank and the National Health Service. David is committed to keeping the OLC up-to-date for this title and will create new and topical case studies to help do so as time goes on. Mark Grinblatt is Professor of Finance at the University of California Los Angeles Anderson School of Management. He has also acted as a consultant to numerous firms and an associate editor for the Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis and the Review of Financial Studies. Sheridan Titman is Professor of Finance at the University of Texas. He is also a research associate of the National Bureau of Economic Research and has worked in a consulting capacity.
