Part two takes a practical look at recruitment - addressing the process, use of consultancies, headhunters, advertising, CV's and application forms. It also explains the psychometric texts, their use and effectiveness. It gives tips on interviewing and the final selection. Part three - After the selection- examines making the offer, probationary period and how to retain the key recruits.
