David Plotkin (Walnut Creek, CA) is a senior data administrator for Longs Drugstores Inc. He designs computer systems and databases for a living, and is a self-taught web tool user. He maintains websites for various nonprofit and charitable organizations and has written several computer books on database topics and graphics, as well as 1000+ periodical articles.
