Author Bio
Dr. Olga Gregson specializes in behavior and visual perception, and is a senior lecturer in physiology and behavior at Manchester Metropolitan University. Her teaching and research interests and publications are in stress, physiology and health. Dr. Gregson is Fellow of the International Stress Management Association. Professor Terry Looker lectures and researches in the areas of cardiovascular physiology, stress, and health. He has studied the theory, diagnosis, and treatment of Type A behavior. He is the vice president and Fellow of the International Stress Management Association, Fellow of the Institute of Biology, and Chairman of the Governing Council of the National Register of Hypnotherapists and Psychotherapists.
