  Your Life offers a way to meet curriculum requirements for personal, social and health education (PSHE) and citizenship at key stage 3 (P7, P1, S2) The course has a progressive structure, covering four key areas - Understanding Yourself , Keeping Healthy , Developing Relationships , and Developing as a Citizen - which mirror the arrangement and content of the curriculum. The three student's books each cover a range of PSHE and Citizenship topics. They are designed for use either on a one-per-year basis or selectively to fit in with existing programmes.
