Instant Enlightenment: 108 Blessings

by TheBarefootDoctor (Author)

Synopsis

Let the Barefoot Doctor enlighten you with his unique style of maverick spirituality so you can live the inspired life you're meant to live. The Doc will give you a glimpse like none other into the Taoist worldview, bringing you inspired wisdom on life and living through bite-sized blessings. Why '108' blessings? 108 is a sacred number across many spiritual traditions -- Buddhist, Taoist, Christian, Hindu, and Masonic to mention a few. Drawing on this eclectic mix of traditions, Barefoot uses an equally eclectic range of techniques (visualization, meditation, affirmations, tai chi, etc) to give the desired effect with each of the blessings. These blessings range from 'A Blessing for Instigating Something Great' and '!Overcoming Any Obstacle' to '!Sanity' and '!Limitless Wealth'.
