Author Bio
Originally trained as a nurse, Barbara Currie first practised yoga in the 1960's. She was one of the first in the UK to bring yoga to the general public. Formerly a GMTV yoga presenter, she now teaches at her school in Surrey, which caters to over 1400 people per week. Her two latest videos Power of Yoga and 7 Secrets of Yoga have made her the bestselling yoga video presenter in the UK.
