Albie

by Andy Cutbill (Author)

Synopsis

Welcome to the bizarre world of Albie where the absurd is an everyday occurrence! It's just an ordinary day. Albie is sitting in his paddling pool when...a hippo pops out of the water and asks to borrow his towel! The hippo says the paddling pool is his watering-hole and runs off with it under his arm. So begins a high-speed chase through the garden. Along the way, Albie finds zebras in the trees (watching tv), buffaloes in the bath and penguins partying in the freezer. But getting the paddling pool back, isn't Albie's only problem...His bossy sister, Mary, is on his tail, in search of the tv, and she is very angry! And things are not going to get much better...the hippo is making a bigger, better watering-hole...in Albie's kitchen. And Mary is about to get very wet.
