Michael Owen is the most exciting teenage striker to have graced the world stage, arguably since Pele in the sixties. The youngest-ever player to have made his England debut this century, he has scored a phenomenal 48 goals in less than two full seasons for the Liverpool first team. He graduated through the Lilleshall school of excellence and has played for England at Youth, Under-18 and Under -21 levels.
