Nora Roberts

Nora Roberts, real name Eleanor Marie Robertson, is an American bestselling author, known for her romantic books. During her career, Roberts has written more than 200 novels, including over 20 book series. Roberts began her writing career whilst stuck at home during a blizzard in 1979. After a series of rejections, Silhouette published her first book, Irish Thoroughbred in 1981. Roberts has also written under the pseudonym’s J. D. Robb, Jill March and Sarah Hardesty.
