Author Bio
Tony biscombe was already a very experienced rugby teacher and coach of 25 years, when he joined the Rugby Football Union as a Development Officer for the North of England in 1989. In this role he completed many coaching assignments around the world on behalf of the RFU. His career with England spanned 10 years, 123 Internationals and 3 Rugby World Cups. In 2003 he was part of the backroom staff of the England team that won the Rugby World Cup in Australia. The defeat by South Africa in the Cup Final of 2007 was his last game and he retired from his role on December 31st the same year. Peter Drewett was a Physical Education, Exercise and Sport Science Lecturer at the University of Exeter and worked for England Rugby for 14 years, in a variety of roles, before taking up his position as Director of Rugby and Head Coach at Exeter Chiefs.
