Author Bio
Miriam Freedman has been studying and teaching yoga for nearly 30 years. Trained firstly by Swami Visnudevanada and later in the Iyengar method, she has developed her own style of yoga teaching. She has also trained in counselling and a number of other alternati9ve therapies and is the author of Under the Mango Tree, a book of dreams. Janice Hankes has worked in the office environment for over ten years and is a yoga student of Miriam Freedman.
