Anthony Horowitz was brought up on horror stories, and his childhood love of all things sinister and scary has stayed with him. He is the author of a range of children's books, translated into over a dozen languages. He is also a well-known television screenwriter with credits including Poirot, Midsomer Murders, and the ITV series, Chiller. He lives in North London. He is also well-known for his extremely successful Walker titles Stormbreaker and Point Blank.
