Paul Chantler is a highly successful Radio Programming Consultant currently working for a number of radio groups in the UK and Europe. He has been an award-winning radio programmer and journalist for 20 years and has worked for The Wireless Group, Talksport, Vibe FM, Essex Radio Group, Galaxy 101, Chiltern Radio Group, BBC Wiltshire Sound, Southern FM and Invicta FM. He is a former UK Commercial Radio Programmer of the Year. Paul runs training courses for commercial radio staff for the industry trade body the CRCA. Peter Stewart is a highly experienced radio journalist and was Head of News at Essex Radio Group's nine stations for many years. More recently he was morning news editor at TalkSport and currently works in the BBC's newsroom for Radio Kent and South East Today. He's presented speech and music programmes on both commercial and BBC radio and has won a New York Radio award for news presentation. He trains radio news staff throughout the UK and abroad. Peter writes a weekly column in the trade publication The Radio Magazine.
