The maps are supported by information boxes which include: distance in miles and kilometres; start and finish points with Ordnance Survey references; type of terrain; and facilities en route. This title describes routes using many minor roads with such a negligable amount of traffic that make these routes ideal for cycling. Some routes are connected by using off road tracks and parts of the Forth and Clyde Canal towpath. The routes cover the entire periphery of Scotland's largest city and visit a variety of locations, including Milngavie to Mugdock Country Park and Balloch to Drymen on the outskirts of the city, also the former great shipbuilding centre of Clydebank.
